LOG PACKAGE OPTIONS

Log Only Package

The Log Only Package contains the following components required for erecting the Sing Log walls:

8x10 Exterior Sing Square Logs™
4 1/2x10 Interior Sing Square Logs (if applicable)
Matching Sing Sidings™ (if applicable)
12" OlyLog® screws
Titebond® adhesives
Steel anchor plates
Sikkens® wood stains & preservatives
Optional urethane foam insulation

Dry-In Package

The Dry-In Package contains the following components in addition to Log Only Package:

Structure members per design (beams, columns, joists, trusses, etc.)
Roof assembly per design
Ground floor assembly per design
Windows, skylights & patio doors
Exterior trims (for walls, windows, fascia, etc.)
Interior trims (for walls, windows, doors, etc.)

Plus Package

The Plus Package contains the following components in addition to Dry-in Package:

Interior wall framing per design
Interior doors
Upper level(s) floor assembly per design

Turn Key Package

The Turn Key Package contains all the components of the first 3 options PLUS all additional labor, materials, and subcontractors to complete the home to live-in status.

Consulting

In addition to any or all of the above options (except Turn Key), we provide a consulting service to aid the customer in doing some of the work themselves. This is an advisable service, which alleviates the possibility of expensive mistakes in the building process.
